A petite girl with long, wavy gold hair gave a little gasp when the gigantic red and black train pulled into the station with the words Hogwarts Express written on it. She couldn't believe it. She was going to a school for witches and wizards.
The girl turned around to face her parents; her large blue eyes filling with tears. She wrapped her arms around her father.
"Bye, Dad. I'll see you at Christmas," she whispered. Her father hugged her back and kissed her on the forehead. Then the girl embraced her mother.
"Bye, Mom."
"Good bye, Jun. I'll miss you so much," her mother said as she hugged the girl tightly. When she let go, Jun bent down to collect her bags from the stone floor. An attendant in a burgandy suit came over to her and took her trolley from her so he could take it to the other luggage. The doors to the train opened and Jun began to walk towards it. She looked back one last time at her smiling parents.
"Bye, Juniper!" they both exclaimed together. Her mother was crying, which made Juniper want to cry more, but she just gave a small wave. She quickly turned away and stepped onto the train.
The train was very quiet. Juniper looked inside all of the compartments and realized that she was the first one on the train. Juniper and her parents wanted to make sure that they wouldn't be late, so they had arrived almost 2 hours earlier than the letter said to be there. Jun just smiled, happy for the fact that something exciting was actually happening to her, and sat down in a compartment that was in about the middle of the train.
"I guess I'll just have to wait for more people..." she thought to herself.
